I have a bit of a holiday hangover. Not from drinking... but I feel the post-Christmas depression coming on. It doesn't help that it's been freeeezing out and I have mass amounts of laundry and dirty dishes piling up in my the house. Somehow winter makes it hard for me to get motivated.
Maybe if I purge the fridge of all the old leftovers and cook up some healthy stuff, I'll feel better.
I'm hoping the new year will bring some motivation and a much needed fresh start.
