Ok. I changed my mind. I'm making a small gift guide. But this is no realistic, budget-shopping-diva's gift guide. Here's what I'd buy for my loves if I was loaded.
THE Olivetti Valentine.
My darling sis has been interested in writing stories and typing on typewriters since elementary school. She still doesn't know how to type and apparently that's no problem for her (or so she says), but I think she'd love this baby. I think I would too.. but who wouldn't?!
A trip to the Seychelles.
Don and I have been talking about the Seychelles since we first started dating. I am not fully convinced that this magical, tropical heaven exists. So I must go, with him, and make sure it's a real place. I was obsessed for a good 3 months. But that's another one on the back burner until we're rich.
Things for a new house.
My mom just moved into her very own new house and she needs some things. Lots of things that I can't afford, but if I could, I'd take a trip to Anthropologie and get her all set up with some new bedding, dishes, kitchen stuff, etc.
A Goldendoodle puppy.
I think my dad's pretty lonely these days without Mr. Dudley around, and I tried to convince him to buy a dog, but this is something he'd never buy for himself. And I'd never buy it for him unless I knew that I could take it if he didn't want it/couldn't pay for it. So for now, lil Taz will have to do.
A Girl's Trip.
I'd love to take off somewhere awesome with my besty, Kathryn, but first I want to do this Glam Session thing. Perhaps I'd stop by TN first and we could do fun photos and then take off to Mexico or Europe or something. That would be amazing. :)
So that's what I'd do. If I could. I guess it's the thought that counts, right?
