
I've been in need of a wine and cheese get-together for years now. I think maybe end of March or April I should do it. Hmm maybe after the marathon is over (April 11) I can celebrate with some good wine and cheese.
Langres cheese is the one I need to hunt down. Apparently you serve it by pouring champagne on top before you eat it. Sounds amazing to me. Could cost $20 a chunk.. but could be worth it. :)
