We recently purchased a lemon tree for our house.. which I am thrilled about. So now I'm thinking of all the uses for lemons and the color yellow. I love this setting for an outdoor wedding at the Viceroy Palm Springs.

In need of new hair

I'm growing out my bangs - I've decided. It seems appropriate for spring/summer and all the running I've been doing. I think I want to keep the long style.. pretty sure.. but I keep seeing all these precious shorter haircuts. Although I'm lusting after the long pretty braided styles. So I'll probably keep it long. Here's some ideas for new spring hair - if you'd like. :)

I've always thought ring pillows were a little cheesey and unnecessary (and I still think most of them are ugly). But this lady can really make a ring pillow. And other awesome stuff out of felt - like this bouquet.
Which reminds me that I still want a sewing machine and still want to do tons of projects.

are back, I guess? I used to love these things in like 4th grade. I thought I was so fashionable. Now I sort of want one again... A lace one please.

Hmmm Hareem

I can't decide if I love or hate the hareem trouser. Either way I do think they'd be nice to have for summer traveling. And maybe a more interesting take on the boring work pants. I need to try some on and see if they work for me. More spring wardrobe tips here.

Tights!

I know spring is supposed to be here now.. but really it's not that warm so I have the urge to wear cute tights. I wonder if these lovlies can be found in long leg sizes. I'd wear 'em with short shorts.

Wood Floors

This might be the coolest thing I've ever seen. I'm trying to weigh the pros and cons of buying.. and really I think the only bad thing is that it's rather large on the wrist.. but it has GPS! I can wait on it until my birthday though or xmas... or whatever occasion someone might want to purchase this watch for me. :)

Palm Springs

It seems like these days Palm Springs is the hip place to go... especially the Ace Hotel.

It looks amazing. I'm ready to go. Sister trip, maybe? Long weekend at the pool and spa sounds fabulous. And I'd love to go hiking/trail running in Joshua Tree National Park.

One Month

Until the 1/2 Marathon. So I'm taking a one month sabbatical from drinking. I can do it!

I just discovered Squirrellicious and I'm lovin it. Especially the passport wallet and glasses purse. I'm always losing my glasses case - perhaps a glasses purse would work better for me.

Baby Animals!

It's almost spring time and that means cute baby animals. :) I wish I could get a new puppy.. kind of... but I guess not really since we have no yard for him. Jasper looked like a polar bear cub when he was a child. I miss the puppy days.
